Certified Executive Pastry Chef Keri Anderson established Better Grains in 2020.  The bakery is operated out of her own personal dedicated gluten free kitchen.

I'm a certified executive pastry chef and the owner of Better Grains Gluten Free Bakery.  I was diagnosed with Celiacs Disease in 2012 and have been doing recipe development since to create the most delicious products that you wont even believe are gluten free.  Check out what we make, and give some of the products a try, we guarantee you will not be disappointed!
